Just a quick note to say thanks for the prompt and efficient service when we were locked out of the agency the other morning, it could have been a disaster if we hadnt been able to get into the office before 9am as we had a scheduled tour group to organise for the day and would have lead to alot of lost business and angry customers so you really saved our bacon.
